The Spark

Unique Entrepreneurial Community

Spark Apartments is a collection of luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes, built for the active resident with a passion for life and an entrepreneurial spirit. The $45 million mixed-use project is tucked between the Fishers municipal complex along the Nickel Plate District Trail and the Fishers Tech Park—home to Launch Fishers and the Indiana IoT Lab.

The Spark

Introducing Micro-Commercial

Spark introduced micro-commercial units to central Indiana. With 11 office/studio street-facing units along a downtown Fishers corridor, the spaces share entrepreneurial amenities with the mixed-use community and offer a unique opportunity for small businesses, budding artists, and entrepreneurs.

Project Scope

A $45 million investment

The Spark development was a private-public partnership with the City of Fishers and project partners. The community includes Class-A one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with additional high-end amenities like a park-style courtyard that includes a saltwater pool with in-pool chaise loungers and cabanas, fire pit lounge, and a grill area with high top tables and outdoor TV, direct connection to the Nickel Plate Trail, fitness room, and secure indoor bike storage.
