The Levinson brings modern living to the heart of downtown Noblesville, Indiana. The $24.3 million mixed-use project was developed in a public-private partnership with the City of Noblesville. The Levinson opened in 2022, and includes one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and a restaurant on the first floor. The Levinson marked the first major residential development in historic downtown Noblesville in more than a century.
The Barlow brings modern living to the heart of historic downtown Plainfield, Indiana. The $22 million mixed-use project was developed in a public-private partnership with the Town of Plainfield. The first major project in the town's multi-year downtown redevelopment plan, The Barlow began welcoming residents in 2021 and includes one- and two-bedroom apartment homes and retail suites on the first floor.
The Linc, located in Valparaiso, Indiana, is a mixed-use project bringing market rate 127 apartments and eight first-floor commercial suites to the city's vibrant downtown.
