The Levinson development is a public-private partnership with the City of Noblesville and various project partners. The community includes Class-A one- and two-bedroom apartment homes, 5,100 square feet of commercial space on the first floor, and a three-story parking garage to support the residents and local businesses.

The Levinson was the first development to bring new housing to downtown Noblesville in more than 100 years. The project met critical needs identified in the community’s capital improvement plan, including increasing the population density by adding apartment housing and public parking to support local businesses in downtown.
