A Realized Vision

A Realized Vision

When the Army decommissioned Fort Benjamin Harrison in 1995, the Fort Harrison Reuse Authority was established to chart a future for the area. The Master Reuse Plan was created in December of 1996 and updated in 1999. In the original drawings a red-tinted map marked the area where The Otis at Fort Ben would eventually be built as a site for a village center.
