Vista Luxury 55+ Living Coming to the RiverWest Development in Noblesville

Construction is officially underway on a new housing option for residents aged 55 and over (55+) coming to the RiverWest development in Noblesville near 146th Street and River Road. The active adult community, named Vista, is planned to bring luxury apartment homes and resort-style amenities to Hamilton County.

“Vista is an age-qualified community, purpose-built and designed as an alternative to traditional multifamily communities that serve the general demographic and joins GrandView and CityView in our portfolio,” said Tom Dickey, president of HighGround. “By tailoring our offering to those aged 55+ and locating in vibrant areas, like Hamilton County, residents are in close proximity to local restaurants and businesses that further enhance their lifestyle.”

Vista is a luxury apartment community that brings $39 million of investment to the RiverWest development along 146th Street. The four-story building will include 146 one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with customizable design options, full size kitchens, primary suites with large walk-in closets and ensuite bathrooms, and spacious balconies.

In addition, plans for Vista include amenities that encourage healthy living, convenience, and entertainment, including a resort-style courtyard with a pool, outdoor grills and cook stations, a resident lounge with personal bourbon lockers, large screen televisions, game tables and luxury seating, and pickleball courts. The community will also feature specially designed areas for group exercise and yoga, a fitness center, a salon and spa, private meeting areas, and several pet-friendly amenities all accessible through a concierge engagement app and attentive on-site management.
